Payment conditions

 

These are the general payment conditions of Mardamires B.V trading under the name Trasolco, statutory located in Alphen aan den Rijn, chamber of commerce number 28110482 that applies to private and corporate customers that use our website and the services of Trasolco. These Payment Conditions are a part of the General Terms & Conditions and if you use the website or the services of Trasolco, you automatically agree with the following conditions:

 

Artikel 1. Method of payment

You can only pay liberating to Trasolco via the website or in some cases offline using the available payment methods to you including; paper invoices, digital invoice, debit collection or credit cards.

 

1.1 Via creditcard.
All credit card transactions are directly processed by IcePay, a reliable organization in the payment service market. The credit card details that you provide to us via a secured payment page are send in code to IcePay trough a
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection. Your credit card details are not saved in one of the Trasolco systems. Credit card providers are charging processing costs and we charge these costs to you if you pay with a credit card/debit card


1.2 Via Electronic banking.
With this payment method you can during the ordering process directly pay with your own bank. You can pay in your own trusted internet payment environment, based on the specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker with internet banking you can directly use; iDEAL, GiroPay, FasterPay and DIRECTebanking. There are no administration costs involved if you pay trough electronic banking.

1.3 Via bank transfer.
For some accounts we offer the possibility to book on account and to receive ones every agreed period an invoice. You can transfer your payment by bank or giro transfer stating your invoice number. There are no administration costs involved if you pay by using a bank transfer.

1.4 Payments from abroad
For payments from other countries to our Dutch bank you can use the following IBAN / BIC codes:

Artikel 2. Cost of payment order

Any Credit Card costs, payments from abroad or other(banking) processing costs from your payment order(s) are for your account. If you have authorized us to pay by direct debit you are required to have sufficient balance in the account you specify. The failure of an attempt to withdraw the amount from your account does not relieve you of your commitments.

When paying by credit card via the website EUR 2,50 administration costs will be charged.

When paying by credit card via the phone EUR 2,50 administration costs will be charged.

Artikel 3. Payment deadline

The amount that needs to be paid for your purchases must be received by Trasolco within 14 days after the invoice date, unless in writing a different period is agreed with you.

 

Artikel 4. Change of address

You are obliged to inform Trasolco of any address and e-mail changes. Until Trasolco receives any change of address you are deemed to be resident on the last known address in Trasolco and you remain liable for payment of the outstanding balance.

Artikel 5. Omission

If you do not pay within the period referred to in Article 3 the amount is immediately due and you are in default without further notice.

If you have not paid within 14 days after invoice date, Trasolco will send you an e-mail to remind you that the payment term has been exceeded.

If you do not respond to this reminder, Trasolco will send you a written reminder and is Trasolco entitled to increment the amount of administrative costs.

If you do not respond to this reminder, and Trasolco must send you a summons, the administration will be increased again.

From the date that you are in failure, Trasolco is entitled to charge legal interest per month calculated on the amount owed by you. Administration costs related to the Trasolco sent payment reminders and all other reasonable costs incurred in obtaining payment, both out of court as in court, will also be charge to you.Trasolco is entitled to transfer the claim on you to third who then after 60 days continues the collection process.If you choose for debit, Trasolco is entitled to write the total amount including interest costs and through direct debit from your account.
