Trasolco acts as an intermediaries between local taxi and limousine companies (Network members) and customers who would like to use airport transfer service for fixed prices. At this moment we offer; taxi, business taxi, limousine and minivans transfers to and from 205 airports in 46 countries worldwide, and we are still expanding !

Our role is to offer your taxi and/or limousine services to business and leisure travelers using our website and reservation system.

Trasolco will sell these services using the internet and create affiliate partnerships, with corporate companies, international travel agents and Global Distribution Systems.

Most of our passengers are used to receive quality, expect high service but also like to pay the lowest price as possible.

We believe that our taxi and limousine partners can offer us their lowest prices if the marketing costs stay low and the volume goes up.

Trasolco has developed an website and reservation system that offers the customers 1 point to arrange all their transfer needs and at the same time offers our local transporters the possibility to receive on-line and real-time bookings from these customers.

All our Network members fulfill the same service level that is set out by Trasolco.

The prices shown to our customers on the website are the prices of the transporter that offers the lowest price.

How dues it work ones I have become an active transportation partner?

• If you have an active account, you can receive bookings from Trasolco and its customers.

•  You now will be able to receive e-mails with the message ” a new order has arrived, please confirm the order’’.

• When you have confirmed the order, you will be able to see all the details connected to the order, like for example; passengers details, mobile phone, requested car and service type, cost of the transfer, pick-up address, drop-off address, flight number and other important information that you need.

• Ones the booking has been consumed (travel undertaken) without any problems, you can change the status of the booking to ”Trip finished”.

• Our system will send an overview (invoice) automatically. In this overview you can see the amount that will be transferred to your account.

Other benefits for our taxi and limousine partners are that you also will be able to integrate your system with our system so that new orders can be directly placed in your own system.

Our local partners are expected to send drivers in a suit with tie, and in case of a transfer from the airport, waiting for the guest inside the airport holding a sign with the name of the passengers (or company name).
